My journey into the world of wellness started back in 2019 after trying just about every diet in the world. As a certified nutritionist, I've taken a more wholistic approach to health and dedicated myself to translating nutrition so that is can be implemented by anyone.

This is not about trends, rules, or hiding flaws — it's about dressing in a way that feels like you. I specialize in working with people in or post-eating disorder recovery, helping them use style as a tool for healing, expression, and embodiment.

Style has always been my language. From a young age, I found comfort and creativity in clothing, flipping through fashion magazines and dreaming up outfits. But during my teen years, everything shifted. After being diagnosed with PCOS, I began trying to control my body through restrictive eating—a path that led me away from the joy I once found in fashion. Getting dressed became a source of stress and shame, a way to hide rather than express who I was.
My path took me deep into the fashion industry—from studying fashion design in Italy and attending FIT pre-college, to producing fashion shows in college and eventually working at Bloomingdale’s as a manager on their e-commerce team. I had the dream career. But something was missing: authenticity, alignment, and emotional connection to the work I once loved.
It wasn’t until I started healing my relationship with my body that I was able to reconnect with fashion on my own terms. I stopped dressing for other people’s expectations and started dressing for the version of me that was healing, evolving, and showing up fully. That’s when everything clicked.
Now, I help others do the same. Whether you’re rebuilding your style after recovery, creating a brand that reflects your truth, or simply trying to feel good in your clothes again—I’m here to walk with you. Style isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about expression, healing, and coming home to yourself.
